Your Report
Your report will be a detailed yet easy to read computer-generated form complete with digital pictures. This report is generally available within 24 hours of the inspection and can be accessed via emailed link, US Mail or hand-delivered. The report will be completed following InterNACHI’s strict Standards of Practice. A signed and returned Pre-inspection agreement is required prior to the inspection (please see the "Agreement" links below), and payment in full is requested prior to the completion and availability of the report. If you need to have the utilities turned back on prior to the inspection, please let us know.
