- I have taken InterNACHI ‘s Roofing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Exterior, Structural, WDI, and many other courses
- I fulfill a minimum of 24 hours of Continuing Education every year
- I am a High Honors Graduate of the Stratford Career Institute Home Inspection Program
- I have completed Environmental Solutions Association's Septic and Water Analysis courses
- I have completed the PA Department of Agriculture training and testing for Wood-Destroying Insects
